Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. To request one:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page.

2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.

3. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Allowed: Defective or misprinted items
Allowed: Items damaged in shipping
Allowed: Wrong item received
Not allowed: Buyer's remorse or sizing errors

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it via our Contact page. We cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.
